On the morning of June 26, the company heldmid-year regional market working meeting at Taizi Plaza, Shenzhen. About 60people, including corporate management, GM assistant, Vice chief engineer,regional manager, head of departments and project managers participated intothe meeting. General Manager Li Tan chaired the meeting, which was livebroadcast on the corporate website.
In the past half year, the company haslaunched projects in three regional markets, namely Hebei-Henan-Shan’xi, SouthwestChina and Pearl Harbor Delta. On June 25, the Macau Fishman Dock Ligong Hotelstarted construction, which was quite good news. This was also the first timethat the company held working meeting at large project site and the purpose isto solve issues faced by the project team and let the corporate departmentsconnect with the project team to improve management system and provide betterservices for the project. This will also expand people’s horizons andlet them learn the best management ideas. To summarize the regional managementwork in the first half year and arrange for the second half year work, it willdeepen regional operation and improve brand image to ensure the completion of2015 year target.
Firstly, the operation managementdepartment and project management department presented their productioncondition in the first half year and regional managers reported the regionaloperation condition. Taizi Plaza project manager Ai Jianzhong made workingsummary. Then the awards were conferred to winners of labor contests and headof departments made speeches about their work in the first half year. Corporatemanagement also made summaries and introduced the working plan for the secondhalf year.
Party secretary Li Wenbo mentioned fourchanges of the company work in the first half year: the first change is in themarket operation. The company enters high-end market and enlarges cooperation;the second change is streamlined management, which created a standardizedmanagement system for the company; the third is the change of operationstructure, with higher investments into machinery facilities. With the greenvehicle teams established, the company adopted many cooperation methods toinvest 13 million yuan into the facilities and promote the businessdevelopment; the fourth is the working spirits of employees. People have moreworking initiative. Party members played good demonstrative role and becameinteractive with the corporate change.
Mr. Li raised five requirements against secondhalf year work: the first is to change management idea to organize operationbased on market needs; the second is to promote standardized and streamlinedmanagement system; the third is to focus on value and profits to realize annualbusiness targets, to lay a good foundation for 13th Five-year planperiod; the fourth is to grow and hire more talents and place these talentsinto suitable positions. The HR assessment shall consider the regionaldistributions and measures shall be reasonable; the fifth is to build up brandimage. A good project management will promote the market and the importance isto let the market play its role to the largest.
At the end of meeting, General ManagerLi Tan gave high praise to the work of three operation regions. He pointed outthat the regional company’s developmentrepresent the “going out”strategy of thecompany, which is also an important event for the company’s “completion of 12thFive-year Plan and planning of 13th Five-year plan”. The regionalcompany shall follow the company lead, establish high standard and quality tobe unique and professional in the project construction. Leaders of regionalcompany shall connect with corporate management, to share information andcombine the brand into “One belt, oneroad”initiative. Shenzhen Taizi Plaza projectshall breed several other projects to localize human resource team. The newcontract value in the recent half year amounts to 300 million yuan, and otherregions shall work to build up brand image. Now some people in the company lackexecution power and sense of responsibility. Some senior manager showed no careabout the streamlined management, paid no attention to the corporate benefits.They shall be more focused and committed to their work.
Li also raised five requirements aboutsecond half year of the company. The first is to promote streamlined managementof the company and implement the information work; the second is the maintaingood relations with key clients, develop regional companies and focus onBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integrated Development, the Second Capital Airport,Rainbow Gate and Lize Businee Zone projects to keep close ties with the groupmanagement; the third is to manage the bidding work, to ensure the quality,price and volume of the bidding; the fourth is to ensure safe production. Thesteel structure in the second half year shall ensure key projects in Macau,Ningbo and Beijing; the foundation project shall focus on Xi’an FinancialCenter, Haikou Well Basin Foundation Project; maintain relationships with LizeBusiness Zone clients and provide best services; the fifth is to clear thearrears and the company could not allow losses. The corporate management, auditdepartment and party discipline department will focus and solve this issue inthe second half year. Award and punishment system will be implemented toprotect the corporate interests.
In the second half year the company willfurther promote operation, safe construction and clearance of arrears. Themanagers shall implement the meeting spirits and do a better job in the secondhalf year.
After the meeting, the party committeeorganized all party members to visit Deng Xiaoping Bronze Status Plaza inLianhua Mountain, to inspire people to learn the reformist spirits and makebetter contributions to the corporate operation.
